Once your requested books are ready for pick-up, the SLIM system will display a notification in your personal account and send you an email. The time required for processing is as follows:

  • Under normal circumstances:

Requests are typically processed within about 2 minutes, and a notification will be sent to you once the books are ready for pick-up.

 

  • During retrieval service hours (9:00 AM–4:40 PM on open days):
  1. Pick-up at the ASRS Service Center:
    You can borrow the requested books on-site during the center's opening hours.
  2. Pick-up at another library:
    The books will be transferred to the designated library in NTU by the next working day, and you will be notified once they are ready for borrowing.

 

  • Beyond retrieval service hours (before 9:00 AM or after 4:40 PM on open days, or during closure days):
  1. Pick-up at the ASRS Service Center:
    Your books will be ready for pick-up after the Service Center opens. You can borrow them during the center's opening hours.
  2. Pick-up at another library location:
    The books will be transferred to the designated library in NTU within two working days, and you will be notified once they are ready for borrowing.
